Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Final sale items (if any) are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.

We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
📦 You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at lulavibes@outlook.com. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or exchange.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
